Strong communicator and digital data expert needed to answer customer queries and support the account management team for our global clients. We get hundreds of new online customers every month, and your support would ensure we answer each one promptly and politely.

Littledata’s app provides automated insights for ecommerce – translating web analytics into actionable insights for growing companies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries (mainly emails)
  • Translating technical concepts into plain English
  • Gathering customer feedback for product development
  • Arranging calls and screen-shares with customers to further help


  • Fluent, idiomatic English
  • Interest in web analytics and online marketing
  • 1+ years experience in customer support
  • Highly numerate and with a strong attention to detail
  • BA or equivalent
