Note: Littledata’s snippet has been installed on thousands of stores without problems, so it’s unlikely but not impossible that the issues are due to our code. Before we can investigate further you need to follow these steps.
1. Are you using the latest version of the Littledata tracking code? You can check this by asking our support team. If you need to update, you’ll see a prompt in Littledata’s app like this:
3. Is there other functionality going wrong? Can you record a video for our support team of the problem?
There is one known limitation with our tracking of the product list views: Command + Click on a product in the list will not open the product in a new tab. If you’re experiencing this issue you will need our custom tracking script for your store.
