Is your Segment connection listed in the Shopify app store?

Yes. Segment.com by Littledata is available in the Shopify app store. Please install the app directly from the app store.

What does Littledata's Shopify to Segment connection do?

The Segment connection lets you use Shopify as Segment source. It automatically tracks every ecommerce touch point on your Shopify store, including:

  • Checkout steps

  • Customer lifetime value

Do you offer enterprise plans for custom setup and priority support?

What about historic data?

We can only send shopping behaviour events (like product views or checkouts) from the time of install onwards. If you import customers or orders to Shopify from a previous system, these with automatically be synced with your Segment destinations via our servers.

How does the app deal with customer-level data?

By default Littledata doesn’t store personally-identifiable (PII) customer data; only aggregate data like city or operating system – read our privacy policy. We do push PII data like email and address from Shopify to Segment (see section on Identify calls), but you can use Segment’s Protocols feature to filter it out to comply with your data protection policies.
