Location: New York, NY (remote possible)

Strong communicator and digital data expert needed to answer customer queries and support the account management team. We get hundreds of new online customers every month, and your support would ensure we answer each one promptly and politely. You would work an early shift to ensure overlap with our European team as well as availability to our US customers.

Littledata’s app provides automated insights for ecommerce – translating web analytics into actionable insights for growing companies. We are seeing strong growth on the Shopify platform, and have just raised an angel funding round to boost our growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Responding to customer enquiries (mainly emails)
  • Translating technical concepts into plain English
  • Gathering customer feedback for product development
Requirements
  • Fluent, idiomatic English
  • Interest in web analytics and online marketing
  • Highly numerate and with a strong attention to detail
  • BA or equivalent
