‘Active subscribers’ refers to the number of users that have started or renew their subscription on a given period on your website. 
This report is set up to show you if the number of active subscribers is growing over time. Active subscribers are the ones that have an active payment method for that given period.
The bar chart stars with the last month data and it goes in the past until month 6 data extracted from Google Analytics.
